| Description: | For this piece I was very inspired by the unity of the ocean, for coral reefs are full of color and different species yet everything flows together creating one unified community. I used mostly transparent glazes to highlight the carvings and details of each induvial piece of coral. I used transparent laze to show texture , Used bisque mold to create base , Used kitchen strainer to create grass like coral , Used needle tool and sgraffito to create tiny details/texture |
